Return & Refund Policy

At The Kindred Chaos, we stand by the quality of every custom item we create. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or not as described on our website, we’ll make it right with a full refund or a replacement.

Return Window

Physical, non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
To qualify:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

To start a return, email support@thekindredchaos.com. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.

Quality Issues, Defects & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized/custom items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

For digital or personalized items:
If there is an error on our end, we will correct the file or remake your item. If personalization information was entered incorrectly by the buyer, we cannot provide refunds. 

Shipping

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, risk of loss transfers to the customer. However, The Kindred Chaos is committed to helping you resolve delivery issues whenever possible. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in opening a claim, locating the shipment, or finding a suitable resolution.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is covered by us for defective/damaged items.

  • For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or model are available if the item is in stock.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us.
