Production Time
All products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Most made-to-order items require 2–3 business days after all personalization details are received and approved. Some custom, handmade, bulk, or peak-season items may require additional time. Product-specific timelines are listed on each product page where applicable. If extended production time is necessary, we will communicate this prior to final order approval.

Shipping Time
Shipping timelines are determined by the shipping option selected at checkout. Tracking will be provided once your order ships. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, transit times and delivery estimates are solely based on the carrier’s schedule.
